Hi,This happens if a default mail client is not correctly set. You can go Control Panel->Programs->Default Programs->Set your default programs and reset Windows Mail, Outlook, etc as your default e-mail client. If this doesn’t help, you can do the following steps:Click Start, select Default Programs Click Set program access and computer defaults Click Custom, and select your mail client (for example, Windows Mail) Click OK If you have some other problems, please post here.
